Bio

I am a PhD candidate at Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona, Spain working under the supervision of my advisors, Dr. Felix Freitag and Dr Leandro Navarro. I am from Manzanillo a small city located in México's Pacific coast. I received my Bachelors of Science in 1998 in Computer Science from Colima's Technology Institute and my Masters of Science in February 2001 in Electrical Engineering from CINVESTAV research center.

I am part of the Distributed Systems group and am also associate professor at University of Colima.

I am pursuing my PhD with the support of my lovely family, my wife Naly and my children Andrés and Mateo. See the personal section of my site for pictures.
