I received my Computer Science Engineering degree from the Facultad de Ingeniería at the Universidad de la República (FING), Uruguay, and my Ph.D. in Computer Architecture from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in 2007. I have been affiliated with UPC since 2003 and I am currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Architecture (DAC).

Research

My research interests include parallel programming models, runtime systems and resource management, and performance optimization and analysis tools for high-performance computing.
