Ok, for those who don't know me, that guy on the photo happens to be me. Not the best photo, but stockholm makes for a very nice background and makes the photo worth a look.

I'm currently working as a researcher at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center where I'm completing my phd work in the Computer Architecture Department of the Technical University of Catalonia. My area is computer architecture, and more specifically processor microarchitecture. My main topic so far has been designing resource-efficient Kilo-Instruction Processors.

1. A study of the Simultaneous Multithreading technique which I wrote for Antonio Gonzalez's Course. pdf
2. My presentation for Yale Patt's Course. The topic here was to discuss Palacharla's work. pdf
3. A description of the Itanium II memory subsystem which Eduard Quiñones and I wrote for Llaberia's Course. pdf (in catalan!!)
4. An analysis of Power Managment features of the Sharp Zaurus SL5500, including small descriptions of hardware support (strongarm) and kernel support (linux-2.4.18). This work was for Nacho Navarro's course on operating systems. pdf
