About me

Xavier León is a PhD student at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). His research interests include computer networks, complex systems and self-organization of distributed and decentralized peer-to-peer systems using economics-inspired mechanisms. He has participated in a number of national (P2PGrid) and European (Grid4All, SORMA) projects. He also has a MSc in Computer Architecture, Networks and Systems from the same university. He is currently able to survive thanks to a UPC research grant.
